We've upgraded your Naturasoy shopping experience!
We're excited to be launching our new site and new e-commerce platform to make it easier to shop with us.
Here's what you need to know:
1) If you have an existing customer and/or rewards account, you will need to reset your password - you should have received an email from us with a link to do so.

If you haven't received an account reset email in the next 24 hours or so, please check your spam or promotions folder - and if you still can't find it, email us at email@example.com
2) If you have outstanding order(s) you should be able to check them in your account once you reset the password.
3) If you have any outstanding gift cards, we will transfer them over to our new system within the next 48 hours.
4) If you have earned rewards points - they should be available for you in your new account once you reset the password.
5) If you have any outstanding rewards coupons - we can't transfer these to our new system.. but don't worry! We will credit you back the rewards points to your account, and you can redeem the rewards again. (Please just give us 48 hours to make this happen)
