I have 10 tumbler jars that I love refilling! I notice that almost half the time my candles tunnel. I follow all the rules. And don’t cut the wick because that makes it even worse. It’s hit and miss. My candles are always lit for 3-7 hours. I’ll still purchase as I love the scents and refillable option.
Hello Cathy,
I'm sorry to see that you're having these issues with your candles. It looks like the uneven burn happened during the first time and then this poor candle wasn't able to recover! I recommend lighting two candles together and rotating/using the heat from the jars to melt those sides down and 'reset' your candle. You should have no issues burning cleanly after that! I hope this helps, if it doesn't please reach out to care@naturasoy.ca for more assistance - Taylor
Tumbler jars refills come at a cost savings and are less waste as you can reuse the jar or put in any other heat-safe vessel you may have. All the scents I’ve tried so far have been great. I am picky with scents as some other brands have been too heavy and artificial. These ones are great.
Always exceptional
I LOVE these Applewood Amber candles. The scent is delicious. And I love that Natura Soy sells tumbler refills so I don't need to add to my hoard of candle jars, cutting back on waste and allowing me to spend more money on yummy candles.
Husband now loves all the scents. None tried have given him a migraine. He burns them every day in his man cave. Total candle convert—but only Natura Soy will do!
Excellent and so happy that they are environmentally friendly. Win , win.white Vanilla and Amber
I love them and a great idea the refills for tumblers. It's awesome for me, cheaper and a great for our planet
Love the new Spring scents.
I love that I can reuse my tumbler. I always have candles burning around the house so these refills are perfect as I already have my tumblers. I also wait for them to be on sale to stock up lol
No harmful chemical, no waste, smells awesome. What’s not to like.
I love the refills; it definitely cuts down on waste. I bought a tumbler once, and now I just buy a refill when I need one. Awesome!
The refills are a great idea if you use these candles regularly!
Love that the refills and the packaging are environmentally friendly, not to mention that the candles smell great!
These candles are amazing and the refills are such a great deal!
Fast delivery, amazingly well packaged, but best of all - the scents are fabulous!
So pleased to have the option of purchasing refills rather than amassing a huge collection of glass jars.
Shipping was fast and my refills smell divine.
Very pleasant scent, not too “strong”
Long burning
Lovely fall scents , not artificially strong where it gives you a headache, really long burn time. Love the tumbler refill options !
I was slow to the party and did not get all of my favourite scents on sale. I did get a few! Burn time is amazing. Thank you for clearing your inventory.
One of my favs
Always exciting to receive my candles always, very satisfied
I love this pure lavender scent. It's great at the end of the night; it is so relaxing right before bed. This is my faviourite scent. I wish it was available more often.
One of the biggest selling features for me with Natura Soy candles is the refill option. Being able to pop a new candle into an existing glass tumbler is so easy and makes my heart sing knowing I'm not contributing one time use waste to the environment.
