Content Creator/ Social Media
We are looking for a Content Creator who can bring our brand to life through beautifully styled visuals and engaging social media content. If you have an eye for home styling, design, and aesthetics—and know how to translate that into social media growth—this could be the perfect role for you!
Who We’re Looking For
This job is not just about posting on social media. We need someone who understands brand storytelling, interior styling, and digital engagement. You should know how to create visually stunning content that resonates with our audience and drives interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Photography & Video: Capture beautifully styled content that showcases our products in a home/lifestyle setting (not just point-and-shoot phone pics).
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Static & Video Posts: Proficiency in Canva for design work and the ability to create video content, Reels, TikToks, and Lives.
- Engagement & Growth: Develop strategies to increase reach, build engagement, and grow our community.
- Influencer Collaborations: Work with influencers to align with our content strategy.
- Cross-Posting & Optimization: Adapt and optimize content for multiple platforms while keeping our branding strong.
Required Skills & Experience
✔ Photography & Video Expertise: You can shoot and edit professional-quality content (beyond just a phone).
✔ Interior & Product Styling: You understand how to create aspirational, beautifully curated setups.
✔ Social Media Growth Knowledge: You know how to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
✔ Canva & Design Tools: Ability to design high-quality, on-brand static posts.
✔ Comfortable on Camera: Whether hosting a live or featuring in content, you should be confident in front of the lens or directing to achieve the perfect shot.
✔ Experience Managing a Content Calendar: You’re proactive, organized, and plan ahead.
This Job is NOT for You If:
✖ You do not have a flair for interior styling or creating home & lifestyle content.
✖ You can’t work in-house at our studio in Okotoks, AB.
✖ You only know how to take quick phone pics without understanding lighting, composition, and storytelling.
✖ You’ve never professionally managed social media beyond personal accounts.
