Production Worker – Bath & Body Manufacturing

We're looking for a reliable, experienced production worker to help us manufacture our bath and body products. This is hands-on, physical work in a small manufacturing facility — ideal for someone with experience in commercial cooking, baking, farm work, or food production who values steady weekday hours and structured work.

What You'll Do

  • Follow written recipes to measure, mix, and batch bath and body products
  • Fill, cap, label, and package finished products (you'll get into a good rhythm)
  • Complete daily batches on schedule and keep production moving
  • Maintain accurate batch records and quality documentation
  • Clean and maintain equipment and workspace throughout the day
  • Track inventory levels and communicate when materials need reordering
  • Work with the team to keep workflow running smoothly

Physical Requirements

This is active production work — you'll be standing and moving for most of a 6-hour shift, doing repetitive hand tasks (measuring, scooping, filling, labeling), and lifting materials up to 25 kg regularly. You'll work with powders, oils, and strong fragrances, and you'll go home dusty, messy, and smelling great.

Requirements

  • Available Monday to Friday, daytime hours only (no evenings, no weekends — home by mid-afternoon)
  • Experience with hands-on, physical work: commercial or home-scale cooking/baking, farm work, food production, manufacturing, or similar process-driven roles
  • Physically able to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks for most of your shift
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions exactly
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a small team
  • Comfortable with basic math and measurements
  • Reliable transportation to Okotoks, AB
  • Long-term availability — we're looking for someone who wants stable, steady work

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Weekday-only schedule with consistent hours (no evenings, no weekends)
  • Home by mid-afternoon — ideal for balancing family or farm commitments
  • Small, dependable team in an established Canadian company (founded 2005)
  • Work with natural ingredients in a scent-filled (literally) environment
  • Stable, predictable employment with a company that values reliability and experience

To Apply

  1. Your hands-on work background (cooking/baking, farm work, food production, manufacturing, caregiving, or similar — be specific about what you did and for how long)
  2. Why you're well-suited for structured, repetitive production work
  3. Your weekday availability and any anticipated schedule changes in the next 12 months

Even better: Stop by to meet us and learn more about the role.
