Natura Soylights is a natural home fragrance company based in Okotoks, Alberta. Since 2005, we've been handcrafting candles and home fragrance products using plant-based ingredients and environmentally conscious practices.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our small team. This is a hands-on production role where you'll be involved in the daily manufacturing of candles and home fragrance products while helping ensure inventory levels and production schedules stay on track.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing quality work, communicates well with others, and understands that being part of a small team means jumping in where needed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing candle jars and setting wicks
  • Measuring and blending scent formulations
  • Hand-pouring candles and other home fragrance products
  • Applying labels and preparing products for sale
  • Following established formulas and production procedures
  • Monitoring finished product inventory and restocking as needed
  • Maintaining raw material inventory and communicating supply needs before shortages occur
  • Assisting with production planning and communicating priorities with team members
  • Troubleshooting minor production issues and helping find solutions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Assisting customers in our retail studio as needed
  • Supporting other production and operational tasks as required

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this role, you should be able to:

  • Stand for extended periods of time
  • Regularly lift and move 15-40 lbs
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Work comfortably in a highly scented environment
  • Load wax melters and move production materials as required

Production Worker – Bath & Body Manufacturing

We're looking for a reliable, experienced production worker to help us manufacture our bath and body products. This is hands-on, physical work in a small manufacturing facility — ideal for someone with experience in commercial cooking, baking, farm work, or food production who values steady weekday hours and structured work.
We're looking for people who want to contribute, communicate, and be part of the team—not just punch a clock.

What You'll Do

  • Measure, mix, and batch products following written recipes

Natura Soy is looking for a dependable Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Okotoks.

This role is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while helping keep our warehouse organized and running smoothly. If you're someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in accuracy, and likes checking things off a to-do list, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for people who want to contribute, communicate, and be part of the team—not just punch a clock.

What You'll Do

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately
  • Prepare shipments and process shipping labels
  • Restock products and maintain inventory organization
  • Receive and put away incoming inventory
  • Keep fulfillment and storage areas clean and organized

Content & Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and coachable Content & Marketing Assistant to help us share our story across social media, email, and other marketing platforms. This is a great opportunity for a high school or post-secondary student (If you love creating content, show us!), or a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on marketing experience in a small, supportive business environment.

Duties

  • Create and edit short-form video content and photos for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Assist with designing visuals and writing captions or short-form copy
  • Help with email setup and design using tools like Klaviyo (training provided)
  • Support updates to our Shopify website or marketing apps as needed
  • Maintain a content calendar to keep marketing projects on track
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and seasonal campaign planning
  • Learn to interpret simple marketing data (email open rates, post performance, etc.)
  • Take feedback openly and pivot quickly when direction or priorities change

Requirements

  • Ability to work at company location in Okotoks, AB (NO Remote position)
  • Interest in marketing, communications, or digital media (student or entry-level welcome)
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Figama or similar design tools
  • Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
  • Comfortable learning new apps or tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, social schedulers)
  • Organized, dependable, and accountable for completing tasks
  • Coachable, open to feedback, and able to pivot when things change
  • Experience with photography, short videos, or managing a social media account
