CONTENT CREATOR

We are hiring a qualified Content Creator with a focus on photography and graphic design, with a strong knowledge of current social media trends, to join our team in our head office location in Okotoks, AB

The Content Creators main job function will be to create high-quality photos and graphics to be distributed for both online and offline purposes. These channels include but are not limited to website, social media, and print. The position is part-time and in-house so that you can contribute and learn from our knowledgeable and talented team.

In order to be considered for the role you must have a portfolio showcasing some of your photography and graphic design work.

· Capturing as well as processing images
· Arranging objects, scenes, background and lighting, adhering to specifications
· Be able to create designs via photoshop, illustrator.

· Excellent graphic design skills and proficient with Adobe Suite, Canva

FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE

We are looking for self-starting, motivated and committed individual. The Fulfillment Associate play a critical role in our fast-paced environment that requires drive, grit, positivity, and enthusiasm for challenge. In this role, you will execute a variety of warehouse and inventory activities. Ultimately, the success of our fulfillment operation is determined by your ability to execute and effectively deliver an outstanding experience to our customers

You Will:

  • Pick and pack orders according to company standards and brand guidelines
  • Inspect product to ensure quality
  • Manage exceptions and report them promptly to lead/manager
  • Ensure all merchandise is allocated to the correct customer order
  • Maintain a clean work environment by keeping area clean and products in correct locations

You Have:

  • Minimum 1 year as previous distribution experience
  • Previous retail and/or gift-wrapping experience preferred
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solution oriented
  • Retail industry experience preferred

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

A Production Associate is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of production systems for the manufacturing of Natura Soylights products.

Based in Okotoks, AB, Natura Soylights has many types of projects going on, and we are looking for someone with the ability to shift gears quickly when asked and multitask. We are a laid back, positive work environment where people love what they do and want to be part of an opportunity to grow with the business. As we continue to grow, there will be constant challenges in an ever changing environment. This position is NOT right for you if you need to have tried and true processes in place and prefer working in large groups.

Accountabilities

  • Produces product according to company specifications.
  • Performs assignments in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure quality control at every stage of production.
  • Develop processes, work instructions and production SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Adhere to safe work practices operating and maintaining equipment used in Natura’s manufacturing process
  • Reads and interprets information in order to maintain equipment and processes
  • Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned work sites.
  • Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within a reasonable time, depending on the degree of difficulty of their job functions.
