I received my candle order, full of refills for my Tumbler Jars. I took a deep sniff of each candle as I put them away. I kept the Satsuma Sugar out and lit it with some music and a good book. It wasn’t long before the room was full of the smell of just made crème brûlée and sugar cookies just out of the oven. That caramel, warm, comfortable, luscious smell.
This morning I tried the sample tea light you enclosed of Cranberry Laurel. It is a great Christmas scent, but it also evokes a forest in fall! Delightful.
Disappointed the choice of 'best seller candles" as few of my fave scents were in it and I've bought a load of candles from this company
I am always happy to grab refills from Natura Soy. This option limits waste both as a refill and how it's packaged for shipping. The packing peanuts are biodegradable and there isn't a spec of plastic to be found. Further, the refills come with new labels so the glass tumblers look fresh. Love Love Love
Wanted to love the refills. Both ones I received had wicks that weren’t in the centre . I emailed about one of them that was way off centre and then realized both my refills were off. They only offered to replace the one.
The one they did not replace, I used it as per instructions and it burned so unevenly.
The scents are great, but if they’re going to burn down one side, it’s a waste of money
I absolutely love my candles. They last so long and their smell is subtle and just wonderful! You can’t go wrong with any of their scents. I can even burn them around my scent sensitive friends. They are my new go to candle!
